John Glazer, D.O.

Dr. John Glazer earned his Bachelor of Science degree at State University of New York, Albany, NY, in 1977, and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Maryland School of Law, in Baltimore Maryland in 1989.  He then attended the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lewisburg, West Virginia where he received his Doctor of Osteopathy degree in 1995.  He completed his Osteopathic Rotating Internship at Greenbrier Valley Medical Center in Ronceverte, West Virginia in 1996, and his Family Practice Residency at Ohio Valley Medical Center in Wheeling, West Virginia in 1998.   Dr. Glazer practiced in Wheeling, West Virginia and St. Clairsville, Ohio until late 1999, when he relocated to sunny Southwest Florida. 

Dr. Glazer is a Diplomate of the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians and the National Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners; and a member of the American Osteopathic Association, the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, and the American Academy of Family Physicians.

Dr. Glazer joined our Internal Medicine team in early 2007, and is now accepting new patients at our Metro Parkway office.
